Are there any contracts?
No. Gearbox subscriptions are month to month, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel as your needs change.
How does pricing work?
Gearbox is priced per asset, per month. The plan you choose determines which features are included. Prestart is priced separately per user.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can change your plan as your fleet and requirements change.
Can I add Prestart without changing my Gearbox plan?
Yes. Prestart is available as an additional subscription for the drivers and operators who need it.
What happens when I add or remove assets?
Your subscription adjusts as the number of assets in your account changes.
Do I need Premium to use integrations?
No. Integrations are included in all three Gearbox plans. Premium adds unlimited API access for customers who need to move data in and out of their own systems.
